  1. Spherical Pre-alloy Powder
    High sphericity, low oxygen content powder manufactured by plasma rotating electrode atomization. Widely adopted for LPBF additive manufacturing, suitable for customized Ti-based, Cu-based and Ni-based alloy systems.
  2. Custom Alloy Ingots
    Alloy ingots smelted under vacuum or protective atmosphere. Supports small-batch R&D trial production of high-purity metals, binary and multi-element alloys, used as raw feedstock for subsequent atomization, rolling and target processing.
  3. Powder Compaction & Sintered Blanks
    Metal powder, ceramic powder and composite powder are shaped and densified via cold isostatic pressing, hot pressing and SPS sintering. Near-net-shape blanks can be directly supplied for material performance testing.
  4. Plastic Deformation Products
    Various semi-finished materials including foil, strip, rod and fine wire produced by forging, rolling and wire drawing. Main materials cover titanium, copper, aluminum and high-entropy alloys for sputtering targets and conductive components.
  5. Precision Machined Components
    Blank materials processed by CNC lathe, milling, grinding and wire EDM. We provide finished sputtering targets and custom experimental samples according to customer technical drawings with high dimensional accuracy.
