- Spherical Pre-alloy Powder
High sphericity, low oxygen content powder manufactured by plasma rotating electrode atomization. Widely adopted for LPBF additive manufacturing, suitable for customized Ti-based, Cu-based and Ni-based alloy systems. - Custom Alloy Ingots
Alloy ingots smelted under vacuum or protective atmosphere. Supports small-batch R&D trial production of high-purity metals, binary and multi-element alloys, used as raw feedstock for subsequent atomization, rolling and target processing. - Powder Compaction & Sintered Blanks
Metal powder, ceramic powder and composite powder are shaped and densified via cold isostatic pressing, hot pressing and SPS sintering. Near-net-shape blanks can be directly supplied for material performance testing. - Plastic Deformation Products
Various semi-finished materials including foil, strip, rod and fine wire produced by forging, rolling and wire drawing. Main materials cover titanium, copper, aluminum and high-entropy alloys for sputtering targets and conductive components. - Precision Machined Components
